No improvement required, very informative on what was going to happen.

The doctor made me feel at ease. He reassured me and listened to my questions. He replied in a friendly and helpful way. I felt at ease during the procedure and at no time was in pain or distress

My anaesthetist prior to shoulder replacement surgery at Kims. Pleasant manner but slightly ambivalent, nonchalant approach. On operating table, managed to incorrectly fit canular to my arm so contents of drip went everywhere. In his efforts to stop this caused extra trauma / bruising to my wrist. Then injected me with a standard pre-op antibiotic, in the knowledge that I was allergic to penicilin. One of the theatre nurses tried to query this but was dismissed by him. Subsequently I suffered an allergic reaction to this antibiotic (cefalozin) which is apparently common in those allergic to penicilin. Luckily it was only a minor reaction. I haven't scored him totally untrustworthy as I went to sleep and woke up at the right times pre and post surgery! More attention to detail required on his part.
